In addition to monthly lectures in Denver and Boulder, members can attend all workshops free, including the beginner sessions of the Jewish Family Tree Initiative, computer hands-on sessions, and mentoring workshops; receive the book “Getting Started in Jewish Genealogy” by Gary Mokotoff; borrow from the private JGSCO library collection of genealogical books, and benefit from the camaraderie of networking with other members researching their roots.

Membership in the JGSCO also entitles you to receive free access to the MEMBERS AREA of this website including audio recordings of past JGSCO lectures such as Arthur Kurzweil; a list of local translators for help with Hebrew, Yiddish, Polish, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Ladino and other languages; quick reference to a calendar of other genealogy community lectures; and more.

Non-members have access to the public sections of this website and can attend our monthly meeting lectures in Denver and Boulder for free. However, workshops on computers, for mentoring, or as part of the Jewish Family Tree Initiative will cost non-members a fee to attend.
