(7/27/21)  Alex Krakovsky, something of a legend in Jewish genealogy circles, has singlehandedly taken it upon himself to locate, digitize and post images online of records from throughout the network of the Ukrainian archives, thus making them available to people all over the world.  In our conversation based program with Ukrainian researcher Ellen Kowitt, Alex will share information about his Ukrainian records scanning project--what the current status is, what records are available, how to search them and answer frequently asked questions.
 
Cost: free for members and $5 per non-member. Members do not need to register.
 
Logistics: Sunday 27 July 2021 at 10 AM. Zoom access details will be emailed to members and registered non-members approximately 24 hours in advance.
