    To make it simple to understand what has changed in Wild Apricot's back end, a new link has been added called "Wild Apricot Release Updates". It can be found using menus Site > Wild Apricot Release Updates. The link is visible to Admins and Board members.

    In addition to the mobile app offered by Wild Apricot for members, there is also an app for admins. Located in the Apple app Store and Google Play Store, the app helps member-based organizations simplify event, member, and website management. Using the Wild Apricot app, you can:

    • add or check in event attendees
    • add or edit events
    • add or modify members and other contacts
    • approve or reject pending memberships
    • archive contacts or suspend membership
    • search for contacts
    • record manual payments
    • accept credit card payments via Square POS or PayPal Here
    • send unformatted emails to event registrants
    • send and schedule prepared email drafts
    • view log of manually sent emails
